SIKESTON -- Betty June McCall, 78, died at 10:55 a.m. Dec. 26, 2005, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
Born March 20, 1927, in Matthews, daughter of the late English Albert and Nora Nance Stobaugh, she was a housewife and homemaker, a member of the Old Bethel Missionary Baptist Church and was a licensed daycare provider for 20 years.
On Jan. 6, 1945, in Russellville, Ark., she married Richard L. McCall, who preceded her in death on Aug. 22, 1987.
Survivors include: four sons, Edward L. McCall, Richard A. McCall, Billy Joe McCall and Jimmy D. McCall, all of Sikeston; two daughters, Elizabeth Ann Andreason of Mayfield, Ky., and Betty Sue Holmes of Sikeston; one sister, Alene Tillery of Cape Girardeau; and 10 grandchildren, 10 great-
grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was also preceded in death by one brother and four sisters.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Jimmy Madding of the New Life Missionary Baptist Church in Mayfield and the Rev. Steve Vester of the Old Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Sikeston will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Darin McCall, Lee McCall, Chris McCall, Derek Reeves, A.J. Groves and David Hedge.
