BENTON - Starla and Raymond Hupp are the parents of their third child, second son, born at 4:54 p.m. Sept. 19, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Isaac Carlyle Hupp weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 20 inches long.
