WYATT - Clyde W. "Billie" Brown, 86, died at 10:50 p.m. Oct. 9, 2007, at the Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah, Ky. Born June 4, 1921, in Cairo, Ill., to the late S.O. and Gertrude Caldwell Brown, he had lived in Wyatt most of his life where he was a member of the First Baptist Church and been employed as a farmer until retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Charleston VFW Post No. 4294 and a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II with the 2nd Armored Division...

WYATT - Clyde W. "Billie" Brown, 86, died at 10:50 p.m. Oct. 9, 2007, at the Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah, Ky.

Born June 4, 1921, in Cairo, Ill., to the late S.O. and Gertrude Caldwell Brown, he had lived in Wyatt most of his life where he was a member of the First Baptist Church and been employed as a farmer until retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Charleston VFW Post No. 4294 and a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II with the 2nd Armored Division.

On Oct. 10, 1943, he married Dorothy Parr who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Martha Brown of Cunningham, Ky., and Todd and Cindy Brown of Paducah; one son-in-

law, Tom Roberts of Evansville, Ind.; two sisters, Louise "Teenie" Lynn of Benton and Peggy Griggs of Charleston; and six grandchildren and 12 great-

grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon Brown Roberts; two brothers, J.P. Brown and Johnny "Flat" Brown; and two sisters, Christine "Keets" Davidson and Mildred "Snook" Fesmire.

Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Dean Wallace, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Wyatt, will officiate.

Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery with full military rites conducted by the Missouri Military Honor Guard.

Pallbearers will be: Scott Roberts, Brett Roberts, Kip Brown, RIchard Conn, Glenn Hillhouse and Richard Hutcheson.
