DEXTER -- Evelyn Hutchcraft, 98, died Nov. 19, 2007, at the Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Center.
Born Aug. 14, 1909, near Essex, daughter of the late Fred and Florence Wilkerson Saltzman, she was a member of the Second General Baptist Church in Dexter.
On July 5, 1938, at Bloomfield, she married Raymond Hutchcraft who preceded her in death on Dec. 14, 1991.
One brother, Fred Saltzman, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Paula Hutchcraft of Dexter; two sisters, Edna Swinger of Dexter and Elnora Lawson of Flint, Mich.; and three granddaughters.
Visitation is from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Friday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Lester Clayton will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
