COLUMBIA -- Henry Killion Fisher, 86, formerly of Portageville, died Sept. 20, 2005 at The Bluffs in Columbia.
Born Feb. 24, 1919, in Portageville, son of the late John Wesley and Zenobia Crawley Fisher, he was a farmer and cotton classer with the U.S. Department of Agriculture for many years and a member of the First Baptist Church of Portageville.
On Jan. 22, 1939, in Portageville, he married Margaret Elizabeth Rooker who preceded him in death on Sept. 6, 1994.
Also preceding him in death were two children, Thomas Dwight Fisher and Margaret Carolyn Fisher; and one brother, Marris Fisher.
Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, John C. and Mary Fisher of Springfield and Henry K. and Shirley Fisher Jr. of Columbia; and five grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 9 a.m. Saturday until time for services at 11 a.m. at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville. Dr. Buck Morton will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
