CAPE GIRARDEAU - Lucille A. Malone, 85, formerly of Charleston, died at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 21, 2006, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Born July 5, 1920, in Kelso to the late William "Bill" and Anna Heisserer Seyer, she had lived in Charleston most of her life, moving to Auburn Creek Assisted Living in Cape Girardeau in 2003. CAPE GIRARDEAU - Lucille A. Malone, 85, formerly of Charleston, died at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 21, 2006, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born July 5, 1920, in Kelso to the late William "Bill" and Anna Heisserer Seyer, she had lived in Charleston most of her life, moving to Auburn Creek Assisted Living in Cape Girardeau in 2003. She was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston and a former member of the Daughters of Isabella.

On June 3, 1948, she married John Glynn Malone, who preceded her in death on July 18, 1999.

One sister preceded her in death also.

Surviving are: one son and daughter-in-law, John and Karen Malone of DuQuoin, Ill.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda and Mike Finley of Brentwood, Tenn., and LuAnn and Mike Reno of East Prairie; and five grandchildren, Jay Finley, Ann Finley Howell, Allison Williams, Nick Malone and Kellie Reno.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where parish prayers will be recited at 7 p.m. Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at McMikle Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Sunnenberg, pastor of St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston, officiating.

Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery.
