BENTON -- Julie Nicole Milam and Michael Dean Riley II were united in marriage during a 2 p.m. ceremony June 25, 2005, at St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton. The Rev. John Harth officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Brad and Rita Milam of Benton, and her husband is the son of Mike and Gail Riley of Blodgett.

Music for the occasion was provided by organist Dana Lynch of Oran and vocalists Christy Hency of Chaffee and Jim Simmons and J.R. Bollinger, both of Benton. Gina Elfrink of Benton, cousin of the bridegroom, served as lector. Mass servers were Conner Elfrink, cousin of the bridegroom; Marissa Campbell, cousin of the bride; and Audrey Camren, friend of the couple, all of Benton.

Guestbook and program attendants were Haley Cureton of Benton and Madison Enderle of New Hamburg, both cousins of the bride.

Amy Bain of Memphis, Tenn., served her cousin as matron of honor, and Casey Fodge of Cape Girardeau served her cousin as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Toni Pemberton of Charleston, friend of the bride; Christi Gregory of Dyersburg, Tenn., cousin of the bride; Tiffany King of Benton, cousin of the bridegroom; Andrea Heisserer of Benton, friend of the bride; Malinda Milam of Benton, sister-in-law of the bride; Amanda Quigley of Blodgett, sister of the bridegroom; Amber Scherer of St. Louis, friend of the bride; Katie Pappas of Nashville, Tenn., friend of the bride; Taylor Fodge of Benton, cousin of the bride; and Natalie Eftink of Oran, friend of the bride. Flower girls were Katie Beth Dee and Lexie Kolwyck, both of Sikeston and cousins of the bride.

Richy Johnson of Benton served his friend as best man. Groomsmen were Chad Felter of Benton, friend of the bridegroom; Greg Morgan of Benton, friend of the bridegroom, J.R. Bollinger of Benton, friend of the bridegroom; Aaron Johnson of Sikeston, friend of the bridegroom; Barry Ziegler of Scott City, friend of the bridegroom; Jarrett Milam of Benton, brother of the bride; Jeff Quigley of Blodgett, brother-in-law of the bridegroom; Scott Hill of Memphis, cousin of the bride; and Zane Riley of Blodgett, brother of the bridegroom.

Ringbearers were Nolan Gregory of Dyersburg, cousin of the bride; and Landon Cureton of Benton, cousin of the bride.

A reception followed in the St. Denis Catholic Church Parish Center, where a dinner was held at 5 p.m. and a dance at 7 p.m.

Wedding coordinator was Sandy Hill of Dyersburg, aunt of the bride. A rehearsal dinner hosted by the bridegroom's parents was held June 24 at St. Denis Catholic Church Parish Center.

Mrs. Riley is pursuing a Master of Arts in human environmental studies-

dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, where she is also a graduate teaching assistant. She is a registered dietitian with Health Technologies Inc. in St. Louis and is the cheerleading coach at Kelly High School in Benton.

Riley is employed by Missouri Department of Transportation in Cape Girardeau.

Following a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the new Mr. and Mrs. Riley are making their home in New Hamburg.
