ADVANCE -- Jessica Dawn Cato, 23, was born May 28, 1984, in Sikeston, daughter of Don L. Cato and Pamela Comstock, and passed away December 4, 2007, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis from injuries sustained in a car accident.
Jessica was the activity director at Heartland Care and Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau. She was also a 2002 graduate of Advance High School.
Survivors include: her father and step-mother, Don L. and Robin Cato of Advance; paternal grandparents, Don and Glenda Cato of Advance; one son, Kasen Blake Clark of the home; one daughter, Cali Grace Duncan of the home; her fiance, Craig Duncan of Advance; two brothers, Dylan Cato and Diesel Cato, both of Advance; one sister, Denae Cato of Advance, uncle and aunt; Brian and Tiffany Cato of Advance; cousins Whittney Roe and Afton Cato, both of Advance; her mother, Pam Paul of Kelso; step-grandparents Jimmy and Inah Parks of Delta, and uncles Jay and Troy Parks, both of Delta, and Randy Thrower of Charleston, S.C.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. tonight at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Ray Placher will officiate.
Burial will follow in the McGee New Hope Cemetery in McGee.
