MALDEN -- Martha M. Ragsdale, 90, died Dec. 5, 2007, at the Golden Living Center.
Born Jan. 18, 1917, near Marmaduke, Ark., in 1949 she moved to southeast Missouri where she had lived in the Bernie and Dexter areas. She had worked in the processing department with the Swift and Hudson Poultry Plant in Dexter and was of the Methodist belief.
She married Neebert R. Ragsdale who preceded her in death in 1950.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Gladys Irene Hill; one son, Mark Ragsdale; and 11 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include: one daughter, Grace Ragsdale of Dexter; one son, Raymond W. Ragsdale; one granddaughter, Christine Gehringer of Dexter; and seven great-
grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is schedeuled from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Private graveside services will be held Saturday at the Ramer Chapel Cemetery near Marmaduke.
