ALTON, Ill. - Pauline G. Novy, 69, formerly of St. Louis, died Oct. 24, 2005, at her residence.
Born Sept. 13, 1936, in Independence Township in Dunklin County, daughter of the late Cyril and Cassey Hurrell Mobley, she had lived in St. Louis and Alton for many years.
She married James L. Woollums in St. Louis, and he preceded her in death.
Two daughters, Charlotte Russell and infant Cathleen Woollums, and two brothers, Wayne and Ed Mobley also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two sons, Mark Woollums and Raymond Woollums, both of Dexter; two daughters, Elizabeth May of Portageville and Carmen Hubbard of Woodriver, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Thursday, with services to begin at 11 a.m. at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Michael J. Mathey of Dexter will officiate.
Burial will follow.
