Former resident will direct online firm's brand design strategy
ARLINGTON, Va. - buySAFE Inc., the leading online trust and safety company for e-commerce transactions has appointed three new executives to its team, including a former Sikeston, Mo., resident.
Lee Ferrell is buySAFE's new creative director, where he is charged with leading the company's strategic brand design and development for both buyers and sellers. Ferrell is the son of William F. and Sharon Ferrell of Sikeston.
Most recently, he served as creative director for Cross Country Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare staffing services in the United States. While there, he successfully led the overall creative campaigns for multiple corporate entities, earning the company's first Addy award.
Prior to this Ferrell served as interactive creative director for the global communications firm Fleishman-Hillard, where he launched their Asia-Pacific division in Hong Kong serving multi-national clients such as Intel, Level 3, ExxonMobile and United Airlines. Also he held various positions at D-Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles, where he was responsible for online advertising campaigns for TWA and Coca-Cola.
Ferrell's other past clients include Apple Computer, Carlyle Group-Asia Pacific, Sigma Chi fraternity, Starbucks-Asia Pacific and ToolServe. He has a bachelor of arts in graphic design from Southeast Missouri State University and is a member of AIGA and Design Management Institute.
Also appointed were Michael Beveridge to senior director of business intelligence and Jean Claude Monayong to director of production services.
