MORLEY - Alene Tyler Fitzgerel, 87, died Dec. 15, 2007, in West Jordan, Utah.
Born Nov. 11, 1920, in Wynn, Ark., to Jim and Cornelia Thomas Tyler, she worked at the International Hat Factory in Oran for 35 years before leaving her home in Morley to move to Salt Lake City, where she was a Salt Lake County Aging Services senior companion.
Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, the Rev. William and LeeAnna Fitzgerel and John and Joyce Kay Fitzgerel; three brothers, Vernon "Bud" Tyler of Selma, Ala., Lloyd Tyler of Poplar Bluff and Raymond Tyler of Vance, Ala.; and six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one infant sister.
Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. Thursday followed by the funeral at The First Apostolic Church in West Valley City.
Graveside service and burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Valley View Cemetery in West Valley City.
