Nina Knupp

ANNISTON -- Nina Bell Knupp, 87, died at 11:08 a.m. Aug. 16, 2007, at her home.

Born March 21, 1920, in the Concord community of Mississippi County, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Minnie B. Hooker Owensby. She lived her entire life in Mississippi County where she was a member of the Anniston Christian Church.

On April 26, 1941, at Anniston, she married John Eugene "Johnnie" Knupp who preceded her in death on July 12, 1993.

Four brothers and one sister also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: two daughters and one son-in-law, Linda Rynearson of East Prairie and LaRue and Ronnie Riley of Anniston; one sister, Chloe Blackwell of East Prairie; two grandsons, Greg Crawford and Scott Riley of East Prairie; and three great-grandchildren, Kristen Riley, Lindsey Riley and John Crawford of East Prairie.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie. Martin Lucas will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Anniston Cemetery.
