PORTAGEVILLE -- Edna M. Mosby, 76, died July 31, 2007, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born Jan. 17, 1931, in Grenada, Miss., to the late Isom and Mattie Tillmon Taylor, she was a member of Pleasant Grove No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir.

Survivors include: three sons, John Robinson and Donald Robinson of Portageville and Erroll Robinson of Kansas City; one adopted son, Michael Morgan of Tokyo, Japan; six daughters and four sons-in-law, Sherlene and Johnny Norris of Portageville, Julia and Johnny Long of Sikeston, Ollie and Gilbert Myers of Kansas City, Vivian and Jerome Smith of Marston and LeRuth Clayton and Rachael Mosby of Atlanta; one adopted daughter, Maria Morgan of Portageville; four brothers, Luther Tillmon of Memphis, Tenn., and J.L. Tillmon, Glenn Tillmon and Rhodemon Tillmon of Grenada; three sisters, Arlene Tillmon of Portageville, Earlene Hardwick of Grenada and Lucille Ross of Joliet, Ill.; and 18 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Carrie; and four brothers, one sister and one great-grandson.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. Saturday until time of services at noon at Pleasant Grove No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Kirk Dunavant will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

DeLisle Funeral Home of Portageville is in charge of arrangements.
