SIKESTON - Jimmie Kyle, 71, died at 3 a.m. July 30, 2007, at Miner Nursing Center.
Born Jan. 31, 1936, in Cape Girardeau, to the late Arthur and Lula Smith Kyle, he owned and operated Kyle Electric. He was a member of Shady Acres Church of Christ and served with the National Guard.
On Feb. 4, 1961, in Sikeston, he married Ramona Dickson, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Berry and Lisa Kyle of Matthews; one daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Scott Henderson of Cordova, Tenn.; one sister, Alberta Schuchart of Sikeston; and two grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren and three step-great-grandhildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. Pat Hogan, minister of Shady Acres Church of Christ, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
