SIKESTON - The Sikeston Convention and Visitors Bureau once again introduced a family to the Sikeston Rodeo.
On the final Saturday of Rodeo a family was "kidnapped" and invited to a night's lodging and box seats at the Rodeo. In addition local merchants donated items for a special gift basket.
"The family is always thrilled to receive such an enormous basket and this year's basket was the best ever," said Pansy Glenn, SCVB director. "It is my pleasure to deliver such a wonderful basket to the family and we appreciate the support and dedication of so many to make this annual event so completely successful."

Bass & Co, Fashion Nails, C Bar K Western World, Kitchen Collections, SACC, First State Community Bank, Sabona, Music Outlet, Janie at Attitudes, US Bank, Lowes, Feeders Supply, Craft Masters,Personal Expressions, Welcome Home, Purse 'N' Ality, Falkoffs, DJ's Shoes and Things, City of Sikeston, Jaycees, MJ's Jewelry, Lamberts, Sams Fine Jewelry and the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
