Virginia Wilhite

DEXTER -- Virginia Wilhite, 80, died March 27, 2007, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.

Born Aug. 3, 1926, at Bernie, daughter of the late Frank and Grace Crump Crain, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist belief.

On Nov. 2, 1946, she married Clarence Wesley Wilhite who preceded her in death on Nov. 6, 2005.

One brother, Bud Crain, and two sisters, Mattie Sandusky and Pernie Ogelvie, also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: three sons, Tommy Wilhite of Dexter, Frank Wilhite of Fisk and Roger Wilhite of Piedmont; three sisters, Myrtle Anthony of Dexter and Eve Allen and Mary Lou Barks of Greenville; and five grandchildren and five great-

grandchildren.

Visitation is from noon until time of services at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Rainey-

Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie. The Rev. Ivan Mekan will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
