EAST PRAIRIE - Deena and Billy Jackson are the parents of their third child, first son, born at 1:38 p.m. Oct. 1, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Luke Allen Jackson weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Vivian Ward of East Prairie and the late Donald and Deborah Smith.
Paternal grandparents are Russell and Allene Jackson of East Prairie.
