SIKESTON - The S&K Products Co. will go out of business the first of the month and the building will be leased by the owners, William Seabaugh and Charles L. Kirk.
SIKESTON - Richard Pinkerton, manager of the Sikeston Chamber of Commerce, left today for St. Joseph to confer on industrial procedures with Larry Cohick. Pinkerton said he would review the St. Joseph methods that apply to the Sikeston area.

SIKESTON - Lappe Cement Finishing of Perryville is preparing to pour concrete for 12 new angle parking places for downtown shoppers. The $35,000 plus project will take 30 feet out of American Legion Park for parking places.

SIKESTON - Putting together a yearbook is a tough job. It takes hard worked, dedication, creativity, long hours and team work to pull such a publication together. Apparently this year's Sikeston High School yearbook staff doesn't have a problem with the requirements. The 1997 edition of the Sikeston High School yearbook, the "Growler," has been inducted into Walsworh Publishing Company's Gallery of Excellence.
