Rice - Heuring

DEXTER -- Vickie Sue Rice of Dexter and Richard Lynn Heuring of Kelso have announced their engagement.

A 1988 graduate of Three Rivers Community College, the future bride is a laboratory technologist at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington. She is the daughter of Dorothy Phillips of Fisk and the late Paul Rice.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1977 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He is a self-employed business entrepreneur and substitute school teacher. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Heuring of Scott City.

Plans are under way for a 1:30 p.m. wedding July 7 at St. Augustine Church in Kelso.
