NEW MADRID -- Kimberly Sullenger of New Madrid and Keith and Tammie Byrd of Dexter have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kathryn LeAnne Byrd, to Justin Lee Hart, son of Sherry Hart of Matthews and Don and Joyce Hart of Matthews.
A 2002 graduate of New Madrid County Central High School, the future bride is employed with Sterling Health Care in Sikeston.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of New Madrid County Central High School and is employed with Hart Electric in Matthews.
Family and friends are invited to attend the 4 p.m. ceremony Sept. 23 at First Baptist Church in New Madrid.
