WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. -- Florence "Flonzie" Walker, 91, formerly of Bernie, Mo., died Feb. 7, 2007, in the Manmouth County Care Center at Wall Township.
Born June 6, 1915, at Bernie, daughter of the late Andrew and Allie Chadwell Walker, she had worked for over 70 years as a waitress before retiring at the age of 81 and was a member of the Baptist Church in Glendola.
She married John Walker who preceded her in death in 1999.
One son, Trentice Burt, also preceded her in death.
She is survived by four grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-
great-grandson.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until time of services at 11 a.m. Monday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie. The Rev. Bill Garrett will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
