DEXTER -- Gladys S. Cox, 95, died Feb. 15, 2008, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.
Born Jan. 20, 1913, at Roth, N.D., to the late Hans and Emma Olson Hanson, she had worked as a waitress and was a member of the Turtle Mountain Lutheran Church in Bottineau, N.D.
She was first married to Paul Evans. She then married Dorcie Cox on Oct. 1, 1963, at Poplar Bluff. He preceded her in death on Aug. 24, 1987.
Also preceding her in death were: one daughter, Delores Mae Hanson; two brothers, Arnholt Hanson and Hjalmar Hanson; and two sisters, Victoria Aker and Alpha Hanson.
She is survived by one nephew, Dan Hanson of Pearsall, Texas.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services at noon Wednesday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Louis Lowe will officiate.
Burial will be conducted at a later date in the Turtle Mountain Lutheran Cemetery at Bottineau.
