MALDEN - Mildred Lenora Mallett, 91, died Dec. 16, 2006, at the Malden Nursing Center.
Born July 11, 1915, in Lanty, Ark., to the late Elmer and Mary Frances Krissell Bizzell, she was a homemaker and affiliated with the Spoonerville Baptist Church in Malden.
On March 11, 1931, at Springfield, Ark., she married Elmer H. Mallett, who preceded her in death on Sept. 5, 1994.
One brother, Cecil Bizzell; three sisters, Jean Gwinn, Vivian Lewis and Willard Cooper; and two granddaughters also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Leland and Shirley Mallett and Terry and Glenda Mallett of Malden; four daughters and three sons-in-
law, Lillian Dock, Elsie and Don Rasco and Twila and Bob Miller all of Malden, and Earlene and Jack Ligons of Hermann; one brother, Elmo Bizzell of Atkins, Ark.; two sisters, Mary Harelson of Atkins and Ruth Clark of Santee, Calif.; 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 1 p.m. today at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. The Rev. Richard Blagg officiated.
Burial followed in the Bethany Cemetery at Campbell.a
