Noel New

CAMPBELL - Noel Owen New, 76, died Sept. 21, 2006, at the Malden Nursing Center.

Born April 1, 1930, in Leachville, Ark., to the late Mose and Ruby Hood New, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the First Baptist Church of Malden.

On Sept. 6, 1953, he married Dolly Lou Lively, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: three sons, Keith New of Risco, Steven New of Bartlett, Tenn. and Scott New of Springfield; one sister, Doris Causey of Malden; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: one brother, Ralph New; and two sisters, Willie Merle Elder and Earlene Masters.

Visitation is at 6 p.m. today at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden where services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Dr. Bill Jackson will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dunklin Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
