Call 471-6636

I'd like to point out to all the people that go to church and say that they are Christians and everything, in their Bible it is part of God's word that you speak and greet and treat each fellow person as equal as you are. A lot of people that you work with and you see out in the world, just because you have power in your hands, and you think you have power in your hands to destroy their lives whether they have a job or not, they are still your fellow person, and it is rude not to speak and treat them just as equal as you are. They have a home and family and kids just like you do. They are just as important. Each person needs to be recognized as a person. They are not just nothing.

Well it's Saturday morning and I just heard that the people that work for our city were able to fight Union Pacific and stop them from running more trains through Sikeston. I would like to congratulate the people who worked so hard to stop this and I would like to also ask everybody in Sikeston to watch the politicians now. See who is the first to jump on board and take credit for what our city did. We have a mayor who worked hard and drove to the politicians when they wouldn't come to us. And Doug Friend who worked hard, and I'm sure a lot of other people I am unaware of. Thank you very much for working for us and to politicians who try to take credit for this, shame on you.

I read in the paper where Union Pacific changed its mind about going through North Frisco and that area. Well I want to tell you something, Union Pacific Railroad Company tore down some of those houses and three of them were new houses, only six years old. It's a shame that the people that lived in them houses had to relocate for a worse house and more rent than they had to pay on North Frisco. Just because you got the wealthy people on the north side of town living in them big fancy homes, they didn't like the trains coming through, making the noise at night time, so now it looks like the big shots have stopped this project from coming through, which is good. People that was living in them three houses had to relocate to a neighborhood that they would have never lived in before because of the railroad company. The big shots had to be for it to start with or the railroad company wouldn't have bought all that land and them houses, but now they changed their minds and that's the way it is. I'm very disappointed in the city of Sikeston the way you operated this program.

Use your head! The decision rested with the railroad. Don't blame the wrong people.

We are in a World War against Islamic fascism. On Sept. 11, 2001, we were attacked on our soil by Islamic fascists who hijacked three passenger jets and took over 3,000 American lives. Our president, with Senate and House approval, fought against terrorists in Afghanistan and Iraq. Hundreds of Alqueda terrorists have been arrested both in Afghanistan and Iraq. Saddam Hussein's regime was toppled. A couple of months ago, over 500 weapons of mass destruction were found in Iraq. Secretary Rumsfield is exactly right in his speeches to the American Legion and he should not be replaced. He is doing his job. Democrats don't want us to remember the lessons of history regarding World Wars I and II, do not want us to remember September 11, 2001. They want to blame the president, blame Dick Cheney, blame Rumsfield, pull our troops home. They want us to give up and run. I hope and pray that politicians that fear lies and distortions don't take over Congress in November and don't take over the White House in 2008. The terrorists in Iran would just love for that to happen.

I'm calling in regard to the personal trainer in SpeakOut. I am a personal trainer. Call my number and ask for a personal trainer. 471-4413.

Happy Labor Day to all the people who have to sacrifice and not get a day off, the ones in the health field who sacrifice to take care of ones who can't take care of their self. These people should be really, really noted for their work because of them handicapped wouldn't be able to live the lives they live. Hats off to them. It's a very strenuous job. Without you, Heaven knows where they would be.
