DEXTER - Gary Dale Jines, 61, formerly of Risco, died Sept. 11, 2006, at Beverly Health and Rehab Center at Dexter.
Born Nov. 10, 1944, at Poplar Bluff, to Mabel Hinrichs Jines Lancaster of Risco and the late Ulice W. Jines, he was a retired agri-pilot, a member of First Baptist Church in Risco and a veteran of the U.S. Marines having served during the Vietnam War.
On April 28, 1979, in Parma, he married Sherry Anne Curtis, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Michael Jines of Malden; one stepson and his wife, Bobby and Mary Morley of Lake City, Ark.; one brother, Don Jines of Risco; one sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Richard Fisher of Springfield; and his stepfather, James Lancaster of Risco.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Jines.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. The Rev. Gene Lancaster officiated.
Burial followed in Rosewood Cemetery in Malden.
