Louise Dixon

SIKESTON -- Louise James Dixon, 96, died Feb. 9, 2007, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center.

Born May 7, 1910, in Vicksburg, Miss., to the late Alex and Florence Scott James, she lived in Missouri for many years and was a member of St. John's Missionary Baptist Church.

She was married to A.D. Dixon who preceded her in death.

Two brothers, three sisters and one grandson also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son, Acie Dixon of Sikeston; three daughters and one son-in-law, Katie Dixon, Mary Griffin and Enda and Leroy Stokes of Sikeston; and 21 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great-

grandchildren.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Williams Funeral Home in Charleston. The Rev. Richard Lee, pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Sikeston, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Sunset of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
