Loren W. Wooten

ST. LOUIS - The Rev. Dr. Loren W. Wooten, 87, formerly of Sikeston and Springfield, died Sept. 14, 2006.

His wife, Bernice Jackson, survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two daughters and brothers-in-law, Jeanene and Gaylon Vinson of St. Louis County and Judy and Len Meyers of Sullivan; one brother, Charles Wooten of Springfield; two sisters, Anna Lee Silkey of St. Joseph and Betty Lou Evans of Springfield; and five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. today at the Greenlawn Funeral Home in Springfield.

Burial followed in White Chapel Memorial Garden Cemetery.

Eaton Funeral Home of Sullivan was in charge of arrangements.
