CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Darryl John Dumey, 40, died June 15, 2006.

Born March 7, 1966, in Cape Girardeau, son of Larry Ralph Dumey of Scott City and the late Dixie Lee Glastetter, he was a service coordinator for the American Red Cross and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

On July 21, 1999, in Tennessee, he married Chantel Nicole Tuschhoff, who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his father and wife include: his stepmother, Alice Dumey of Scott City; two daughters, Abigail Dumey and Kelsey Tuschhoff of Scott City; one brother, Craig Dumey of Scott City; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dean and Kerry Reeves of Benton; and grandparents Bertha Dumey of Cape Girardeau, Lovella Glastetter of Chaffee, Louis and Evelyn Braun of Scott City.

Her was preceded in death by his mother and grandfathers, Elmer Dumey and Leo Glastetter.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Jimmy Matthews will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.

Pallbearers will be: Dan Reeves, Tim Stones and Craig Goodson.
