JEFFERSON CITY - Gov. Matt Blunt announced the appointment of three Southeast Missourians to the Missouri Corn Growers' Organization Board of Directors

John Hux, Jr., 64 of Sikeston, a self-employed farmer, was reappointed to the board and will serve a term ending June 26, 2010. Hux holds a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State.

Charles D. Mayberry, 69 of Bernie, a retired cotton farmer, was reappointed for a term ending June 26, 2010.

Also reappointed for a term ending June 26, 2010, was Charles H. Parker, 65 of Senath. Parker is owner/manager of Parker and Jones Farms and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business from Harding University in Arkansas.
