Norman Hann Sr.
DEXTER - Norman R. Hann Sr., 72, died July 5, 2007, at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born Nov. 15, 1934, the son of Ester A. Michl Hann of Morehouse and the late Bernard Hann, he had lived in Dexter since 1965. He had worked as a heating and air contractor and was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church in Sikeston.
On March 15, 200, at Bloomfield, he married Susan Harrison who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Norman Richard Hann Jr. of Cape Girardeau and Rick Hann of Pasadena, Texas; five daughters, Shannon Elizabeth Brooke Hann of Dexter, Sheila Nebors of Snellville, Ga., June Wilson of Nacogdoches, Texas, Liz Dear of La Porte, Texas, and Lisa McCarthy of Buford, Ga.; six brothers, Phillip Hann and Paul Hann of Dexter, Neal Hann of Morehouse, Julian Hann of Russellville, Ark., Leon Hann of Oklahoma City and Joseph Hann of Cape Girardeau; seven sisters, Bernadine Evans of Troy, Dolores Bee and Joan Moore of Sikeston, Trinita Smith of Pontiac, Mary Latham of Matthews, Matilda McMulllian of Cape Girardeau and Eileen Hann of Denver; and 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jacques Hann.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. The Rev. Scott Sunnenberg of Sikeston will serve as celebrant.
Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.
