SIKESTON -- Danny Robinett, 52, died at 5:05 p.m. Sept. 1, 2008, at his brother's home in Oran.
Born July 20, 1956, to Mary Heuring Slayton of Sikeston and the late Lawrence Robinett, he was self-employed in commercial building construction.
Survivors in addition to his mother include: one son, Joshua Robinett of Hattiesburg, Miss.; two daughters, Stephanie Robinett and Rebecca Morrison of Hattiesburg; three brothers, Larry Robinett of New Orleans, Bob Robinett of St. Louis and Mike Robinett of Oran; and seven grandchildren, Cole Turner, Madeleine Turner, Madison Morrison, Reed Morrison, Emma Morrison, Zac Morrison and Lillie Robinett, all of Hattiesburg.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Robinett.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of services at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Nunnelee Chapel in Sikeston. The Rev. David Looney will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
