ORAN -- Juanita Joyce, 85, died Oct. 1, 2008, at the Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born Dec. 25, 1922, at Randles, to the late Floyd Dee and Beulah Spain Blue, she was a retired machine operator for Thorngate Ltd. in Chaffee and a member of the First Baptist Church of Oran.
On Nov. 1, 1941, she married J.C. Joyce, who preceded her in death on June 15, 1986.
Two brothers, two sisters and one grandchild also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Buster Bollinger of Oran and Janet and John Glenn of Charlottesville, Va.; two brothers, Floyd Blue of Chaffee and Jim Blue of Randles; two sisters, Loletta White of Chaffee and Opal Vessels of Randles; four grandchildren and their spouses, Troy and LaDonna Bollinger of Dexter, Judi and Jim Henson of Oran, Gwendolyn and Todd Ogle of Blacksburg, Va., and Shawn Menz and his fiancee, Cathy Magis of Pickerington, Ohio; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation is at 4 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Ed. Carter officiating.
Burial will follow in the Old Morley Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Shawn Menz, Troy Bollinger, Jacob Bollinger, Jim Henson, Blake Henson and Barry Blue.
