BERTRAND -- Susie Jones, 99, formerly of Wickliffe, Ky., died at 4:10 a.m. Oct. 5, 2008, at the Bertrand Retirement Home.
Daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Ella Miles Douglas, she was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Wickliffe and a housewife.
She was married to Howard Jones who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Wayne Jones and L.M. Jones; and two sisters, three brothers and one grandchild.
Survivors include: three daughters, Sue Stewart of Sikeston and Mary Johnson and Martha Nell "Nellie" Jones of Bertrand; and 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Milner and Orr Funeral Home in Wickliffe. The Rev. Tom Bridges will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Wickliffe.
