PORTAGEVILLE -- Estella Rosetta Hinklin, 79, died Oct. 6, 2008, at the Portageville Nursing Center.
Born July 26, 1929, at Lindy, she was the daughter of the late Nellie Eula Quick and Andrew William Baker.
On Oct. 22, 1948, in New Madrid County, she married Henry Alford Hinklin, who preceded her in death on Feb. 12, 1999.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Charles Hinklin; and three granddaughters.
Survivors include: four sons, Ronnie Hinklin of Hayward and Johnny Hinklin, Randy Hinklin and Mark Hinklin all of Portageville; two daughters, Rose Blackwood of Portageville and Lisa Francis of Fredericktown; two sisters, Mary Hunt of St. Louis and Alice Shepperd of Walnut Grove; and 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation is at 6 p.m. Wednesday at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Jerrry Montgomery and Johnny Hinklin will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
