CHARLESTON -- Izayiah Tobiarion Kentrez Miller, infant son of Heather Nicole Miller and Tobias MyShawn Moore of Charleston, died Oct. 23, 2008, at the Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Oct. 12, 2008, at Cape Girardeau.
In addition to his parents, survivors include: maternal grandparents, Carla Humphrey Miller and Randy Miller of Charleston; maternal great-grandparents, Verla Humphrey and Della Divinny of Charleston and the Rev. Loy and Joan Miller of Diehlstadt; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Moore of Charleston; one uncle, James Randall Miller of Charleston; and his godparents, Nathan Humphrey and Amberly Wallace of Charleston.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Edward Lee "Eddie" Humphrey.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston. The Rev. Dean Wallace, pastor of the Wyatt Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
