SIKESTON - At the Sikeston Department of Public Safety's annual Halloween party Monday night, Jeremy Shaw of Sikeston pitched a bean bag in a game at the party, where more than 700 kids dressed up for their Halloween event where the could get candy and soda.

SIKESTON - Students from Matthews Elementary School in Sikeston recently collected more than 200 items and donated the different items to the Soup Kitchen. The project was for Make-A-Difference Day. Representing the school was: Gary Huang, Lanondra Newsom, Ebony Banks, Andi Schetter, Ryan Perry and Nick Glispie.
