Scenes come to life

Teresa Houchin, pictured, and other crew members prepared scenery Saturday for the First United Methodist Church's 17th annual Living Christmas Scenes. Church members will don costumes for three evenings this week and take their places as still actors and actresses in tableaus portraying 10 events in the life of Jesus Christ. The Living Christmas Scenes are scheduled from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the church parking lot, 1307 N. Main St.
