BLOOMFIELD -- Nina Mae Clubb, 95, died Dec. 5, 2008, at the Golden Living Center in Bloomfield.
Born Sept. 23, 1913, near Dexter, to the late Arthur and Laura Atkisson Markland, she was a former seamstress at Elder Manufacturing Company in Dexter. She was of the Baptist belief.
On April 4, 1953, in Dexter, she married Elvis Clubb who preceded her in death on Jan. 31, 1975.
Also preceding her in death were: one son, Sammy Cole; four brothers, Arthur Markland, Henry Markland, Sam Markland and James Markland; and two sisters, Anna Irene Gordon and Mary McManus.
Survivors include: one daughter-in-law, Janus Cole Kling of Goreville, Ill.; two grandchildren and their spouses, Brian and Sharon Cole and Cheryl and Michael Absher; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
Burial will follow in the Ezell Cemetery near Puxico.
