Maternal grandparents are Keith and Tammie Eftink of Oran.
Paternal grandparents are Connie Miles of Cape Girardeau and the late Mike Meystedt.
GLENALLEN -- Brandi James and Charles Skaggs are the parents of their second child, second son, born at 10:21 a.m. Dec. 12, 2008, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Ty Hayden Skaggs weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21.5 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Anita James of Glenallen and Tony James of Dexter.
