Mike Musgrave lays tiles at the new Riverside Regional Library Building in Benton. The new building is located next door to the current library, at 54 N. Winchester in Benton. The 3,000-plus square-foot facility will feature several larger sections and is expected to open near the beginning of April. "Basically, we're just looking to be able to expand our library facilities for the public," said Randal Friend, Riverside Regional Library board member for Scott County. "We're coming into the 21st century."
