Mississippi County is getting meds for H1N1 flu

CHARLESTON -- Mississippi County is receiving medications today for the swine flu.

Melanie Glaus, administrator of the Mississippi County Health Department, updated county commissioners on the H1N1 flu, commonly known as the swine flu, during the regular County Commission meeting Thursday.

"It's gone from bad to worse," Glaus said. "They are calling this a pandemic flu."
