SAYB wraps up another succesful season

SIKESTON-- Sikeston Area Youth Baseball officials have declared the 2009 season another resounding success.

SAYB Vice President Dan O'Brien noted the season was successfully competed despite mother nature's refusal to cooperate, including eight rained out game nights.

"I think this year was very successful for SAYB, especially when you consider the rain," said O'Brien.

O'Brien pointed to cooperation between management, coaches, and parents for the smooth adjustment.
