JEFFERSON CITY -- In a move to bring greater accountability and efficiency to Missouri's motor vehicle/license offices, the management contracts for two local license offices will be awarded through a competitive bidding process.
The offices that have been put up for bid this week are in Caruthersville and Charleston.
