CHARLESTON -- Mississippi County will proceed with efforts to establish nuisance control powers.
Robert Jackson, commissioner, said during the regular County Commission meeting Thursday that legal fees for the county to establish nuisance control powers are estimated to cost about $5,300 of which a part might be covered with private donations.
