Chaffee looking to fill in holes

CHAFFEE -- The Chaffee Lady Devils softball program is experiencing something in the 2009 season that quite a few area teams are going through as well -- filling holes in critical positions. For the Lady Devils, a few spots are being filled this season by fresh faces to the program.

"What we lost the most from last year was a really good pitcher, Madelyn Keefer," said Chaffee head coach Shawn Powderly. "But, I think we should have a chance to be just as good, if not better at every position on the field, other than pitcher.
