SIKESTON -- Josh Eckhoff will be the parade marshal for the 64th annual American Legion Cotton Carnival Parade on Saturday.
Eckhoff, a native of St. Louis, graduated from Parkway High School in 2003. He joined the Missouri National Guard after high school graduation. He served two combat tours in Iraq. During the first tour, Eckhoff trained Iraqi soldiers on providing security for convoys transporting supplies.
