SIKESTON -- City of Sikeston residents are being reminded if someone in their household takes medication by injection, it's illegal to toss needles in their regular trash.

Early last week a second worker in a three-week period from Sonny's Solid Waste Inc. was stuck by a hypodermic needle while picking up trash at a Sikeston residence.
