SIKESTON -- Sikeston's Leaf Collection Program will begin as soon as it is dry enough to begin collecting them.

"Our collection program was to have started today," Steve Lee, street superintendent, said Monday. "The rain caused us to hold off."

Lee said he hopes they will be able to begin today with collection operations in the northwest and southwest quadrants.
